On feeding, waste, and the cold body
HHDRV Part Three — the bio-voltaic drive
A pint of whole blood is about 450 kilocalories. That cannot run this body. The folklore recorded a diet. It did not record a fuel.
Blood is the conducting medium and the iron shuttle. Fat, glycogen, and spare protein already in the host are what burn. Fe²⁺ donates an electron and becomes Fe³⁺. That is why they must feed again.
What goes in leaves as a film on the skin and as plate in the bone. Almost no urea. The drive wastes about five percent as heat. Running infrared is reduced, not absent. True thermal vanish is cryptobiosis only.
One cycle unlocks about 4,200–4,500 kcal. Feed every three to four days. Yield near ninety-five percent. The invoices of the same engine are waste oil, silver at 1.24 volts, crushed garlic, and combustion in one band of light.
Blood is the spark, not the fuel.
