Notice at the point of collection
What the desk keeps
Two forms on this desk ask for an address. One is the publication list. The other is a filed result on Path Four-A. Both are optional. Neither is a marketing list in the ordinary sense. The letter, when it exists, is the only outbound use.
- What
- An email address, if you type one. Optional notes if you file a finding: method, ambient, distance, result. No account. No password. The reading desk in this browser is local and is never sent.
- Why
- To tell you when Vampires in Theory is for sale, and to receive Path Four-A results if you choose to file them. Submitting the form is the consent record. You can write the desk instead and ask to be removed.
- Who processes
- The desk is thetheoryseries.com, operated by Z. Reynolds. Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to [email protected]. They are a processor, not a second publisher.
- Retention
- Addresses stay until the first letter has been sent, or until you ask for deletion, whichever is sooner. Filed findings are kept as investigation notes. Nothing here is sold, rented, or used to build a profile.
- Rights
- Access, correction, deletion: write [email protected]. Rights enquiries that are not personal data go to [email protected].
Last revised 23.08.2026. This is a notice, not a terms of service. The books remain fiction. The desk remains a desk. Back to the first letter.
