Joint-threat specification

Document: Project OVERLORD. Volume IV. Integrating volume. Constituted 2012. Urgent after 2019.
First file: DSS-0001. Male ~1.78 m. Freiburg 14 May 1947. Alive 11 months. Self-termination April 1948. 99.7 / 99.7. Archive is skeleton plus tissue after death.
Catalogue: App F: five DSS recoveries. Ch. 10: eight skeletal sets, six sites. Both figures are the book's. No living hybrid.
Accords: Shepherd–Elder, 1983, bunker under the Wall. Learned +3 years. Significant 2011. Decoded in 25 years. No-weaponisation of Type-V / Internal Dissolution.
Silver: 1.24 V in both. Kinship of two retroviruses. Sanction: ~1 g colloidal, 60–90 s, 7 uses since 1953 (5 HHDRV, 2 LCAN).
Type-V: HHDRV into high-expression LCAN. Partial recognition. Internal Dissolution (LCAN bite into HHDRV): zero observed. Accords no-weaponisation clause.
Kill-zone: Same 410–415 nm. Opposition surge fires LR-1 and excites porphyrin. Three nights. Anthropocene Squeeze is the urban version.
Numbers: HHDRV ~80,000 (not very confident). 47 Ghost Signatures / 15% sample → 300–400 senior-tier. 89 + 214 medical-anomaly candidates. LCAN effective 18,000 regular shifters.
2019: 17 Mar raid, ~8 min, three dead, SUBJECT-DEFECTOR absent. Cardinal then examined in Oslo. DSS-0005 is 4 Feb 2018 tissue — a different file.
Scenarios: Cold Escalation (opportunistic feeding). Cardinal Breakout (AES Stage III, ~500 yr). Pleistocene Reckoning (capability, not a known plan). Combined. 10,000-iteration Monte Carlo.
Zones: Twelve unnamed. Density + LED block + 3–7 Level-5 monitors per city with silver IV kits.
